TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GHOST’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE WEBSITE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Website Terms or the Website that is not subject to arbitration under our Platform Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
